Welcome to Montego Bay Residential Community.  The Montego Bay Civic Association is a dedicated neighborhood organization consisting of elected officers, a board of directors, member property owners, and community volunteers.  Our common goal is the continual improvement in the quality of the Montego Bay Community in accordance with our bylaws.  Our aim is to address neighborhood-related board matters, maintain timely communication between our members, and to administer and service the day-to-day community affairs required to enhance living at Montego Bay.

Upcoming Events Calendar

  • The Architectural Permit and Review Committee is scheduled to meet at 10 a.m. on the following dates
    in 2023: January 6; February 3; March 3; April 14; May 12; June 9; July 3; August 4; September 1;
    October 13; November 10; December 1

  • The Advisory & Strategic Planning Committee is scheduled to meet on the second (2nd) Thursday of each month via conference call.
  • Lighting Committee is scheduled to meet quarterly on the second (2nd) Tuesday of March, June, September, December via ZOOM.

  • Communications Committee meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month via conference call at 6:00 PM.

  • Board of Directors Business Meetings - 2nd Saturday of each month beginning at 9:00 AM at the MBCA Office except for the months of April and August.

We’re committed to enhancing our members’ living experiences and staying in touch.  Our goal is to provide friendly and beneficial service to all of our visitors and residents.  Effective administration of these services combined with the timely delivery of information in accordance with our bylaws is job one.  Our community pools, tennis courts, and recreation spaces are some of the amenities and member benefits we hope you will enjoy.  For us, what matters most is maintaining a high standard of living for our residents and making sure they feel happy to be part of our thriving neighborhood.  We'd love to see you.  Please stop by the office during regular hours and say hello.
