� Pool #2�� Oyster Lane

To gain access to the miniature golf course and the tennis court at Pool #2, a pool pass must be presented to the lifeguard on duty. There will be no outside access to these facilities other than the main pool gate.

The shuffleboard court and miniature golf course equipment must be checked out with the lifeguard on duty.

There is 1 membership card issued per household.

10 individuals are allowed into the pool area on the pass.

If a card is lost or misplaced, there will be a $50 nonrefundable charge for a replacement pass.

Proof of property ownership must be presented for a replacement pass.

Any complaints relating to pool operation must be directed to the lifeguards.

RULES:

        1.         Membership card required for entry to pool.

        2.         Shower before entering pool.

        3.         Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times, 18 or older.

        4.         No rafts, inner tubes, floats, boogie boards allowed.

        5.         No alcoholic beverages allowed in pool area.

        6.         No glass containers allowed in pool area.

        7.         No horseplay, running, ball playing, boisterous behavior, excessive splashing.

        8.         No persons with open cuts, blisters, communicable diseases.

        9.         No spitting, spouting water, blowing nose, or discharge of body waste.

     10.         Animals prohibited except for Guide Dogs.

     11.         Children 3 years and under are required to wear a SWIMMIES type diaper. All other types are not allowed in any pool.

     12.         NO DIVING.

     13.         No hanging on divider rope in water.

     14.         No street clothes allowed in pool.
