The Montego Bay Residential Park was named after the body of water
which surrounds part of the community and empties into the Assawoman
Bay. The Montego Bay Civic Association was formed and incorporated in
1969. Many of the original property owners still own property in the
community.
The Park is situated on 200 acres in North Ocean City, Maryland
and contains 9 miles of roadways and 3.2 miles of waterfront property
within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean. There are 1,523 deeded
lots and approximately 370 full-time residents. Those lucky enough to
live or vacation here enjoy the use of 2 swimming pools staffed with
lifeguards, a baby pool, 2 tennis courts, 2 shuffleboard courts and
a miniature golf course.
Residents and guests may want to take a walk around our peaceful,
private 8.2 acre salt water pond where you can see all kinds of
wildlife and enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle and
bustle of Ocean City.
Whether you live in Montego Bay or rent a home for a few days,
learn all you can about the wonderful things our community has to
offer.
All property owners are encouraged to become active in our Civic Association
