Q: How many cars can an owner park on their lot?
A:  There is no Montego Bay community standard that limits how many cars, boats, enclosed trailers, etc., can be parked on private property.  It was checked out by the President and the OC police.  There is nothing in the Declaration of Restrictions, the Bylaws, or the Town of Ocean City codes that limit how many cars can be parked on private property.  Cars that have valid license plates are allowed on city streets and in Montego Bay.  The Board does not have the authority to have cars removed from private property, or from city streets.

"Please don't use my yard as a shortcut."
(Please, be a good neighbor and respect your neighbor's property, privacy, and landscaping.)

"Please keep grass clippings out of the bay and out of the street."
(The grass clippings in the street end up with untreated storm water in the bay.
And it makes our community look unsightly.  It is also a violation of Ocean City, Maryland, Code of Ordinances, Chapter 70, Article V.)
